Are you ready to "surf" this surreal wave? Here comes the biggest attraction ever launched by Beach Park, the world's tallest water roller coaster.
Get ready to "surf" a big wave! At an impressive 27.8 meters high, this unprecedented attraction sets a new record as the world's tallest water roller coaster and brings all the thrill of surfing to Aqua Park. Visitors will be able to venture out in double buoys and experience the thrill of being propelled by jets of water at an incredible 41.8 km/h. The course lasts approximately 1 minute and 30 seconds, starting with a thrilling 7-meter 'big drop' that will leave anyone with their heart in their mouth. Along the way, participants will face various surf-inspired maneuvers, such as the 'cutback', which will be translated into 'constrictors' - spirals that guarantee an extra adrenaline rush.
Surreal is not just a water roller coaster; it incorporates advanced technology that uses water jets to create a unique experience. Developed by Whitewater, the Master Blaster Fusion technology combines ascents and descents with visual and sound effects, transporting visitors to an immersive universe. The moments of smooth gliding are represented by the translucent areas, while the 'rattler' simulates the sensation of being inside a tube, providing an adventure full of emotions.
Located next to Maremoto (wave pool) and Ramubrinká, Surreal is designed to cater for visitors with a minimum height of 1.22 meters and has two large descents and four ascents along the way.
In addition to its impressive physical characteristics, Surreal also stands out for its visual narrative. Theme park architect Alex Silva has designed effects that create an immersive atmosphere, full of lights and sounds reminiscent of the world of surfing. "This attraction brings the feeling of freedom and emotion that only surfing provides. Every turn and maneuver simulates the experience of catching a wave, making it truly immersive," says Silva.
Beach Park invited three-time surfing world champion and Olympic medalist Gabriel Medina to mark the launch of the attraction. He was excited to take part in the announcement, emphasizing the connection between Surreal and the spirit of daring that defines the sport."This project is awesome, it's really cool to see how surfing can inspire in so many different ways. It's definitely going to be incredible, fun and adrenaline-pumping, and your heart will race, just like in surfing when that perfect wave comes along."says Medina.
