What is FastPass Surreal and how does it work?

Have you ever imagined a special passport that would allow you to spend less time waiting in line and enjoy Surreal more conveniently? With FastPass, this is possible. 

In addition to ensuring that you will be able to enjoy Surreal even during peak season, vacations, and holidays, this option also provides more convenience, as it allows you to stay in a priority line. 

The experience is valid for two people on the same float (double float) and guarantees one descent per purchase. 

What is the value of the Surreal FastPass?

The Surreal FasPass varies in price depending on the period; see below:

• Until January 31 – R$ 150.00;
• February 1st to 8th – R$ 110.00;
• February 9 to February 18 – R$ 150.00.

After the dates mentioned above, we enter a low season until Holy Week, and the FastPass will cost R$ 90.00, and you can purchase it as many times as you want. There is no limit on purchases per pair, as long as each use is linked to a new purchase.

What is FastPass Vaikuntudo and how does it work?

The Vaikuntudo experience combines speed, adventure, and excitement, and it gets even better when you have access to the priority line.

The Vaikuntudo FastPass ensures that you can enjoy the attraction with greater convenience, even during peak season, vacations, holidays, and weekends at the Aqua Park.

The FastPass experience is valid for two, three, or four people, as the attraction's float can hold up to four people. Each ride allows two to four people simultaneously, and the price will be based on this capacity.

How much does the Vaikuntudo FastPass cost?

The Vaikuntudo FastPass price varies depending on the period and number of people; see below:

• 2 people – R$40 (Low Season) and R$60 (High Season);
• 3 people – R$60 (Low Season) and R$90 (High Season);
• 4 people – R$80 (Low Season) and R$120 (High Season).

In addition to the price, it is important to pay attention to the general rules of FastPass Vaikuntudo:

• Valid for a single descent;
• Non-transferable wristband;
• The number of people must correspond exactly to the product purchased;
• Use subject to the attraction's operating and safety conditions.

After purchase, you and your companion will receive an individual wristband, which must be presented when accessing the attraction's priority line. At the time of use, the wristband will be removed by the operational team, which validates the experience.

Necessary care

The Surreal FastPass does not change the rules of the attraction; it only works as a priority access option, maintaining all Aqua Park safety and operating standards. Check out the necessary criteria:

• Maximum weight of the float (two people): 180 kg;
• Minimum height: 1.10 m.

In addition, other precautions are recommended, such as:

• Keep your hands on the float handle until the end of the ride;
• Do not use electronic devices.

• Older people should face each other;
• Maximum weight supported is 320 kg;
• Children under 1.22 m tall, pregnant women, and people with physical disabilities are not allowed on the ride.
• People with disabilities must visit the clinic for an evaluation before enjoying the attraction.
• It is necessary to keep your hands on the float handle throughout the entire ride;
• It is not permitted to raise your arms during the descent or jump off the float.
