When an attraction has technical issues, it will be temporarily out of operation. Our team will work to get it back up and running as soon as possible.

We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding. When this happens, you will receive a Return Card with some instructions:

• You will be given priority for the descent into the attraction, using an express queue;
• The use of the card does not exempt you from the total wait, as this queue is also conditional on other people using the express mode;
• The card is valid for single use only and must be presented to the attraction instructor;
• When you use it, it will be collected.
