When an attraction has technical issues, it will be temporarily out of operation. Our team will work to get it back up and running as soon as possible.
We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding. When this happens, you may receive a Preference Card, with some directions:
- With it, you can choose the attraction you want and enjoy preferential entry to the queue;
- Using the card guarantees priority in an express queue, but does not completely eliminate waiting times, as other people can also use the same method;
- The Preference Card is valid for single use only and must be presented to the instructor of the chosen attraction;
- At the time of use, the card will be collected by the staff.
