01. How much is parking?
The daily rate for our parking lot is R$30.00.
02. What are Aqua Park's opening hours?
The ticket office opens at 10:30 a.m. and the water park is open from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. (In the low season, the park closes on Wednesdays and Thursdays in the first half of the year. In the second semester, we only close on Thursdays).
03. Is there a baby changing room inside Aqua Park?
Yes, it's in the family bathroom, in the bathroom next to the Aqua Show, in the Cabanas bathroom.
01. Which attractions at Aqua Park can children under 1 (one) meter play on?
There is a reserved area in the park, Noah's Ark, just for children, as well as the Acqua Circo and Treasure Island.
02. Can I go in and out of Aqua Park as many times as I like? How do I do that?
Yes. When you leave the park with the intention of returning, you receive a return card, where we take a photo of you when you leave and on your return we scan the card to check your identification.
03. Are there any food outlets inside Aqua Park?
Yes, we have: Beach Burger, Aqua Burger, Natureba, Kebabe, Wave Bar, Restaurant with dishes made by the beach kitchen and kiosks scattered around the park.
04. Is there a place inside Aqua Park where I can store my things?
Yes, in our lockers.

05. Are the buoys used in the Aqua Park attractions rented?
No. The park offers buoys for all the rides that require their use.
01. What should I do if I need medical attention?
We have an outpatient clinic within Aqua Park with medical assistance, but we suggest that before traveling you check with your health insurance or travel insurance to see which hospitals are accredited.
02. I have dietary restrictions, how do I proceed?
We have a food safety committee that is on hand to help, offering within the available options what should be consumed in your diet.
03. Are there cribs, baths and baby carriages at the resort?
Yes. The resort has baby strollers available for rent. A crib and baby bath are provided free of charge.
04. Are there any times when the Aqua Park is only open to those staying at the resort?
Every day, Aqua Park opens 2 attractions, 1 hour earlier, exclusively for our guests.
05. What kind of activities are there at the resort?
Every day, the resorts offer activities for all guests: adults, teens, radicals and kids. You can check the weekly schedule on our website or as soon as you arrive at the resort where you are staying.
06. What are the activities for children under four at the Resort?
All the children staying can take part in the children's activities, but those under four must be accompanied by an adult (parent or guardian).
07. Does the resort have a baby sitter service?
The hotel has an outsourced service, which must be requested at reception or Guest Service at least 24 hours in advance and will be paid directly to the professional.
08. Does the resort have an iron?
We have an ironing service, provided by housekeeping.
